How returns, replacements and refunds work for MemoryGlow orbs.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. No return shipping is required.
Order didn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, we'll refund it or reship it.
Changed your mind
You can return your orb within 30 days of delivery at your own cost. Once received, you'll be refunded minus the original shipping.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
